It violates decorum.The director has no shame behind over 2000K in monthly fees and sitting in judgment against others. I want this person removed and want it open to many secret meetings.Then remove your director from office.If your bylaws have no discipline procedure, then follow Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised, Chapter XX Section 61.
