Can it be tabled again, or must it be addressed at the next board meeting.There is no limit to how many times a motion may be postponed (which I believe is the motion you really have in mind), provided the additional delay does not interfere with the proper handling of the motion. George Mervosh Posted August 4, 2010 at 05:33 PM Report Share Posted August 4, 2010 at 05:33 PM If it is an original main motion you don't want to deal with, you might want to peek at Section 26 in RONR for the rules regarding an Objection to the Consideration of a Question.The motion to postpone to the next meeting is debatable to a certain extent, this motion isn't.
