Guest Toni Posted August 10, 2010 at 08:10 PM Report Share Posted August 10, 2010 at 08:10 PM An executive session was held at our last board of directors meeting. The Past President was absent. Now, the member who was the topic of the executive session, wants to meet with our executive committee about it. Our Past President, as an officer, is on both executive committee and the board of directors. How much can we share with the Past President about the content of the executive session she missed? Anything? Will be a hard meeting if we can't. It will be a hard enough meeting as it is. We follow RONR, and I can't find an answer in the book.Thank you!Toni

The purpose of executive session is to keep what happened secret from non-members, not from absent members.
