Can the absent Past President be told what happened in Executive Session?

An executive session was held at our last board of directors meeting. The Past President was absent. Now, the member who was the topic of the executive session, wants to meet with our executive committee about it. Our Past President, as an officer, is on both executive committee and the board of directors.

How much can we share with the Past President about the content of the executive session she missed? Anything? Will be a hard meeting if we can't. It will be a hard enough meeting as it is. We follow RONR, and I can't find an answer in the book.

Thank you!

Toni

Since you say the Past President is a member of the Board of Directors, you can share whatever you want. The purpose of executive session is to keep what happened secret from non-members, not from absent members.
