She missed 2 executive meetings (she was on vacation). Isn't the removal of an officer an issue that needs a majority vote from members? Can executive board make this decision in closed session? Can executive board make this decision in closed session?Ordinarily, one of the two procedures given in RONR (10th ed.), pp. 642-643, is used to depose a member from the board.
