Guest Ralph Posted August 19, 2010 at 01:25 AM Report Share Posted August 19, 2010 at 01:25 AM Can one board member be both President and Treasurer if another board member is interested in one of the offices? In other words can the board vote one board member to hold two offices and leave another board member interested in one of the offices with none? Thanks. Thanks.A member can hold multiple offices (unless the bylaws say otherwise). Just because someone wants an office doesn't mean they would be suited for that office.
