Taking minutes/recording a roll call vote

As a newly elected recording secretary for an organization, we recently had a roll call vote called for on a motion.

Do I listed simply whether the motion passed or failed or do I have to list the individual votes in the official minutes?

For a roll-call vote, and only for a roll-call vote, you'll record how each member voted, or if he responded, "Present". See pp. 453-454 for the details.
