If a board has had an e-mail vote in order to appointment a director position and the e-mail voting is in no way listed in any of the rules and reg etc..... At the upcoming AGM can that board member be asked to be removed and what happens to all the decisions he took part in.

If the bylaws don't allow e-mail voting then you can't do it (RONR p. 2 footnote, pp. 408-409) and the election isn't valid. Anything where that one person's vote would have affected the outcome of the vote would be null and void (RONR p. 244d).

and

the e-mail voting is in no way listed in any of the rules and reg, etc.

At the upcoming AGM can that board member be asked to be removed

and

what happens to all the decisions he took part in?

"At the upcoming AGM can that board member be asked to be removed?"

Yes, in general.

No, if a rule interferes.

"What happens to all the decisions he took part in?"

That depends.

Some votes will stand regardless.
