Electronic Voting

Our organizations is supposed to follow RR and we allow electronic voting, however, this is the emails sent out. "The Board of Directors has approved the following representatives to serve on the Nominating Committee for 2010/2011:

List of potential committee members.

These representatives are now being presented to the membership for approval. If you do not approve, please contact.... If you approve, you do not have to do anything."

Is it appropriate to do this?
