Guest Joseph Aguero Posted September 7, 2010 at 01:38 PM Report Share Posted September 7, 2010 at 01:38 PM A departmental meeting of a College of Arts and Science bound by Roberts Rules has been suggested to consider a petition of a student, candidate to graduation, to substitute one course of the prescribed curriculum for another course of similar context. The problem this is a vacation period and I'm not able to be present at that meeting. Does Roberts Rules allow me to send my vote, signed, (proxy) to the President of the meeting?
