I am the President of a small local non profit board that has made the board aware of their desire to resign. The meeting is tonight and I will be presenting my letter of resignation.

1. I am assuming I am still responsible for the meeting until my resignation is accepted - correct?

2. This means that I need to have the agenda and items of business ready for the meeting?

3. And the Board needs to go into Executive session to accept my resignation? Without me there correct?
