Or is this something the Board can do and then send out?If the next regular meeting won't be within about three months, the board, or a committee, should be authorized to approve the minutes of the annual meeting. Of course you'd have to enact this authorization at the annual meeting.Note that there is no requirement in RONR that the approved minutes be "sent out", though your organization is free to do that. Appoint a committee to approve the minutes in a timely way, or empower the board to so, while memories are fresh and the approval can still be useful and meaningful.
