Quorum Call after Meeting

After a meeting has taken place that had no quorum, can the quorum be called?

No. Nothing happens in the parliamentary world after the meeting has been adjourned. But you can wait and see if more members show up before the meeting is adjourned. ("Calling the quorum" is not a phrase found in RONR. It's typically heard in reference to the U.S. Senate or House of Representatives.)

If the meeting took place and there was no quorum, what happens to motions carried at the meeting?

If you can prove there was no quorum, then nearly everything that was done is null and void.

It's possible the only not-null'n'void thing done was ajourning, assuming that even happened.;)

It sounds like there's a lot of learnin' to be done, especially by your Chairperson. Any copies of RONR floating around the meeting hall?

In what section of RONR would I find this fact that nearly everything done is null and void?
