After the meeting, a special session was called by board members and the vote was overturned 4-3 with 2 not present. How is this possible? What actions can be taken to remove board members if the action was not proper?Chances are the Board has no authority to reverse a Membership decision (see Official Interpretation 2006-12 for details).
