Out of Order Motions

During meetings, motions are made. Sometimes motions are amended or passed. Sometimes they are withdrawn or out of order. It is with understanding the secretary keeps all motions that are made during meeting but what is recorded for the public use?

Motions that are passed?

Motions that failed?

Motions that withdrawn?

Motions that out of order?

Motions that postponed indefinitely?

Motions that are tabled?

Please advise.

Thank you.

All of the above except for motions that are withdrawn (RONR pp. 452-453)

Edit: There actually are times where some mention of a withdrawn motion should be included in the minutes. See the footnote on p. 452.

What type of meetings?

Are you referring to the minutes?

Are the minutes "recorded for the public use"?
