Guest Janet Posted September 20, 2010 at 05:11 PM Report Share Posted September 20, 2010 at 05:11 PM If the by-laws have items that need to be met before you can run for office and no one steps forwards that meets the criteria, can the by-laws be set aside for one election cycle?The by-laws do have a caveat that in this case prior board members can be asked to stand in until the next election cycle.
