Guest solip561@aol.com Posted September 23, 2010 at 01:23 AM Report Share Posted September 23, 2010 at 01:23 AM Our club will be having a slate of officers presented to our club for elections. However our bylaws state that no one person can hold the same office for more than two years in a row. Our current President said she will stay if no one else will run for the office, but it conflicts with the current bylaw. Do we allow the board to fill, have elections, then have the board have her considered on a temporary basis? How long is temporary?
