If the bylaws of the organization are amended at a meeting, must any changes based on those amendments wait to take place until the minutes are approved at the following meeting, or can change be acted upon later in the same meeting? Thank you.

If the bylaws of the organization are amended at a meeting, must any changes based on those amendments wait to take place until the minutes are approved at the following meeting, or can change be acted upon later in the same meeting?

The amendments take effect immediately upon adoption (unless a "proviso" is included which would delay this). The approval of the minutes is irrelevant.
