Is a re-vote allowed to take place? or does the decision of the original vote stay?

Does the decision of the original vote stay?A1. It depends. If the margin of victory (or defeat) is greater than the number of questionable ballots, then the decision stands. You have two questionable ballots. If the winner won by 3 votes or more then the decision stands. Else you have "no election."A2. See A1.
