Guest Addie Posted October 9, 2010 at 01:48 PM Report Share Posted October 9, 2010 at 01:48 PM Our bylaws call for a general membership meeting to take place in a specific time frame (Oct31st-Dec31st) and an annual meeting to take place during the month of October. We're not able to do either for logistical reasons and wonder if there's a Roberts Rule that allows the Board of Directors to temporarily suspend a bylaw so we can call the meetings at a later date.Thanks. But the board of directors won't have anything to do with it.
