Guest sammy Posted October 15, 2010 at 02:03 PM Report Share Posted October 15, 2010 at 02:03 PM a vote was taken to amend the bylaws, which equires a 2/3 vote, the count was a tie, the president then voted in favor and said the vote passed. First president does not have the right to vote as the vote did not give the 2/3 neccessary. no point of order was forth coming. does this vote fall under null and void?
