hmtcastle Posted October 16, 2010 at 02:25 PM Report Share Posted October 16, 2010 at 02:25 PM Can a wife and husband serve on a board of managers consisting of 9 members at the same time?No rule in RONR prohibits it.By the way, this question is one of the most frequently asked questions that is not answered in the RONR FAQs. When faced with a question like this, it's a good idea to respond with, "Why not?". In other words, you don't always have to look for a rule that says you can do something; you only need to know that there's no rule that says you can't.In any event, if the voters don't want a married couple serving on the board, they'll elect someone else.
