Or organization was sued. Our insurance carrier decided to settle on the claimants Cause of Action. It was stated that our President, the Executive Board and the Board of Directors acted recklessly and with gross misconduct. What can the Membership do to hold these people accountable for their actions so that no further damage is done to our financial status and our reputation as an organization??

Number One on the Hit Parade:

Remove them all from office.

Why keep un-trustworthy people in positions of trust?

Why put reckless people in positions of authority?

You seem to be asking this same question a dozen times, and always receiving the same answer (not surprisingly). Then you ask the question again.

It seems like it's time to take (or reject) the advice, go forth, and do something about it (or decide not to). It's all up to you.

(But I'm pretty sure about the going-forth part.)
