Not unless you can find a rule in your organization that requires it. RONR does not.

This doesn't sound like an expulsion in the parliamentary sense, so I doubt the rights of the accused would apply in this case.

You can ask the board for permission to attend. The board can allow you to attend and to speak... and your supporters for that matter. You just won't have a right to do these things.
