by laws sstate that we have to have 2 names per position we do not have enough people to have to names per position we will be putting a by law change in november is there anything that can be overruled that we can just have one name per nomination per position until that by law can be submitted

You can't "overrule" your bylaws but if you have only one nominee, you have only one nominee. It's not a deal-breaker.
