cbellevue Posted October 27, 2010 at 08:02 PM Report Share Posted October 27, 2010 at 08:02 PM A motion was made to postpone an agenda item until the next board meeting. The next board meeting is coming up and the board wants to postpone the agenda item again. Can the new motion be to postpone the agenda item again or do I have to have a motion to reconsider the agenda item, vote on that, and then make new motion to postpone? Once it is pending, i.e., after the chair places it before the assembly by stating the question as it was when it was postponed, a member may seek recognition and move to postpone it again.
