Tim Wynn Posted November 1, 2010 at 07:31 PM Report Share Posted November 1, 2010 at 07:31 PM What is or are the proper signature lines at the end of a resolution? If you're talking about the general case of a resolution being introduced and adopted in a meeting, no signature is involved. If you're talking about a copy of a courtesy or honorary resolution to be framed and hung on a wall, such as "Resolved, That Mama Mia's Pizza be awarded the 2010 Gold Star for... ," then, RONR gives no specific guidance, though the secretary is to sign all certified copies of acts of the society. Guest dan Posted November 1, 2010 at 07:41 PM Report Share Posted November 1, 2010 at 07:41 PM Perhaps the question refers to a certification of a resolution, often required when opening a bank account, etc., and signed by the Secretary and perhaps another official of the prganization.
