Guest Manager1019 Posted November 3, 2010 at 01:06 PM Report Share Posted November 3, 2010 at 01:06 PM Is it possible to approve the minutes of a prior meeting via email without reviewing and approving them at a Board Meeting? A Board of Directors reviews the minutes 48 hours after each meeting and makes corrections but then they wait until the next scheduled meeting to approve them. Now they want to review and approve the minutes over email? Is this legal?

Gary c Tesser Posted November 3, 2010 at 02:53 PM Report Share Posted November 3, 2010 at 02:53 PM And you're really asking two completely independent (though, yes, somewhat related) questions.
