If so what are the steps.Terms of office are usually specified in the bylaws. Changing the term requires amending the bylaws. But if their terms are expiring, just re-elect them. Or try to. It sound like the thing you are looking for what we call an ELECTION.To make a person continue in office for another term of office, the usual procedure is to RE-ELECT that person to his office.Or are you looking for something else?
