hmtcastle Posted December 9, 2010 at 02:19 PM Report Share Posted December 9, 2010 at 02:19 PM Is a motion required to accept the Minutes and Financial Report? No.Once any corrections have been made, the chair can simply declare the minutes approved. No motion or no vote is required.Financial reports (and most other reports) should simply be received. No motion and no vote. They should not be "accepted", "approved", or "admitted".You might find the discussion on this recent topic helpful.
