dougn4 Posted December 9, 2010 at 04:51 PM Report Share Posted December 9, 2010 at 04:51 PM Normally, re-electing board members to another term is a formality done by a show of hands. This time we expect that one member may not be re-elected. When it's time for the vote, do we need to make a motion, second, and vote to cast paper ballots, or can someone simply request it to make it happen??? Very often a ballot vote is required (as in the sample bylaws in RONR) whether the incumbents are being challenged or not.
