My group adopted new By-Laws then said that the candidates did not meet the requirements of the new By-laws so they delayed the election and sharply narrowed the field of indivdual that could run for office. My group adopted new By-Laws then said that the candidates did not meet the requirements of the new By-lawsA bylaw amendment goes into effect immediately upon its adoption, so the requirements contained therein would govern, if applicable.
