Guest GNB Posted December 11, 2010 at 03:24 AM Report Share Posted December 11, 2010 at 03:24 AM I am the president of an organization with a delima. We have a board member who carries a very important position within our club. This person has missed the last two meetings, which we meet once a month. This board member has also not fulfilled their duties which again is a VERY important part of this club. Do we, the other board members have the right to remove this person from their position and if so, what is the proper procedure in doing so. It's unlikely that the board would have the authority to remove one of its own members. RONR doesn't give the board any such power.
