When changing your meeting date and moving it up How much notification do you give the memebers?

In general, meeting dates can't be changed.

If this is a regular meeting (e.g. a monthly meeting as defined in the bylaws), it's likely you'll have to amend your bylaws.

If this is a special ("called") meeting, it's held as called.

But if the bylaws give somebody or some group (Board?) the authority to change dates, then the notification rules should be there also.
