Guest Guest Posted December 11, 2010 at 03:48 PM Report Share Posted December 11, 2010 at 03:48 PM a mtion fhat required notice to all members by newsletter was sent to all members announcing that a vote would be taken at the next monthly meeting .AT the meeting a vote on the motion was called for by the chair znd passed .a member asked the chair for a re vote because three members were not in the meeting room to vote . the chair called the three members into the meeting room a granted another vote .The motion was then defeated .
