Guest Bill Feis Posted December 15, 2010 at 04:52 PM Report Share Posted December 15, 2010 at 04:52 PM Our governing body passed a proposal at our last meeting. However, at their last meeting, the committee from which the original proposal came proposed an amendment to the original proposal that has already passed. How do we amend a proposal that has already been passed by the body?

George Mervosh Posted December 15, 2010 at 05:06 PM Report Share Posted December 15, 2010 at 05:06 PM The governing body itself can consider amending what they adopted. See RONR, pp. 293-299 for full details.
