Guest spark100 Posted December 16, 2010 at 03:11 AM Report Share Posted December 16, 2010 at 03:11 AM Can a bylaws amendment be ruled out of order if that amendment has been made and defeated on 2 seperate occasions? The former 2 amendment were made about a year apart and meetings are held monthly. Thanks for any help.

No.If the "separate occasions" are separate orders of business (i.e., separate agendas, technically, a "session"), then any defeated motion can be made again.
