The meeting in question also held elections at the called meeting. The called meeting was done by texting members and no vote total was given. (i.e., who can vote and who cannot vote.)• when to hold elections?• how many officers you have, and what their titles are, what their terms of office are?Never mind that no meetings can be called! It sounds like a group in the nature of a Mass Meeting, which is typically how organizations run at first, until they can get their bylaws written and hold elections. Oh, they held elections first? Well, they might elect a temporary chairman and secretary, but if they're going any further than that, they're putting the cart before the horse. There are no offices to fill until the bylaws are approved.If you're saying that the meeting was called by text message, well, that's weird enough.
