Guest Bill Nantucket Posted December 29, 2010 at 01:09 PM Report Share Posted December 29, 2010 at 01:09 PM Our bylaws state that the President shall appoint a Chair of the Nomination Committee; The Chair of the Nomination Committee shall then select committee members; it later becomes evident that the appointed Chair of the Nomination Committee and several members have violated a number of the organizations by-laws regarding conduct as both a member of the Nomination Committee and/or as a member of the organization; President wishes to re-call/re-appoint Committee Chair; Since the Presient of the organization is authorized to appoint the Chair of the Committee does it follow that the President can re-call his appointment? Thank you for your assistance! Bill Nantucket
