Guest Dennis Jones Posted January 3, 2011 at 07:36 PM Report Share Posted January 3, 2011 at 07:36 PM Board of Supervisors required to reorganize for the upcoming year. Assuming motion is made to elect new chairman and it is tie vote 3 - 3. Does the existing Chairman continue until the next meeting and a new motion made or do they revote again and again during the organization meeting until a Chairman is elected? Also, why is a new Chairman being elected? Is it time for new elections or was the Chairman removed from office and the vacancy is being filled?
