We are a small (20) group that is just beginning to attempt to follow RONR. We have an elected board and I would like to know if nominations must be posted at a specific date before the election date?

RONR doesn't require it. However, check the bylaws to make sure they don't have that requirement.

No.

There is no such requirement.

Under Robert's Rules of Order, nominations can be initialed and completed in the SAME MEETING as the meeting where elections will be conducted.

No need to post names anywhere.
