Guest TriciaJ95 Posted January 14, 2011 at 01:56 AM Report Share Posted January 14, 2011 at 01:56 AM The Board on our youth sports league did not like the bylaws from the previous board and "created" new Bylaws that were not voted on by the membership. The president then selected a new person to take his positions from out side the league. Now therest of the board have stepped down and this new president selected another new whole board. When the different "board's" were questioned about the vote that they were required to have occording to the bylaws that the membership has they said that the new bylaws do not require the membership to vote. When they were asked for a copy of the new bylaws they can not produce a new copy. HELP is what they did right or should the membership contact a lawyer to help us out? Guest triciaJ95 Posted January 14, 2011 at 03:12 AM Report Share Posted January 14, 2011 at 03:12 AM Thank you! The money is another issue that we are having as some money is missing from a fundraiser and the chairperson that ran it started a new league!
