Guest Robert MacLean Posted January 17, 2011 at 05:57 PM Report Share Posted January 17, 2011 at 05:57 PM Board Meetings - Our secretary has omitted names of Board directors that make motions, and seconders. We are 7 directors in a small 62 unit condo corp. Should we show, must we show 1)who made the motion? 2)who seconded the motion? 3) who and how each person voted? Thanks

Only for important motions. Not for incidental motions, or minor parliamentary motions.2. No. 3. "No," in general. "Yes," if there was a roll call vote. You don't record who-voted-how for a hands-up vote, nor for a vocal vote.
