Can anyone tell me if I am correct and were it can be found.Any general member can fully participate at meetings of the general membership, regardless of the fact that they may also be a member of the board. Board members don't enjoy any extra privileges at general meetings but neither are they penalized.Ask your president to show you rule that supports his statement. He won't be able to.
