Membership meeting vs. a board meeting

Our bylaws say that we may only have one vote at a membership meeting with our one share of membership stock. The two of us are board members and the bylaws do not specify if we get get two votes as board members. Do we get two votes as board members?

Generally speaking, yes (membership is individual), although a thorough reading of your bylaws (something that's beyond the scope of this forum) would be required for a definitive answer.

If you were each elected to the board in your own right, then your seat is a function of your election, not your share holdings. Each of you has a vote.

But that's what RONR would say. It's possible your bylaws supersede that. But if the only mention of voting by share is in relation to membership meetings, that would appear not to be the case.
