Guest Leigh Posted January 27, 2011 at 12:44 AM Report Share Posted January 27, 2011 at 12:44 AM Let's say there's a regularly scheduled general meeting of the entire membership of an organization. During that meeting, can someone from the floor make a motion to immediately vote on a pre-existing policy that the Board has previously implemented -- if that item is not on the agenda?Do I need to use special language to make this happen?
