Guest Shawn Terris Posted June 8, 2017 at 08:40 PM Report Share Posted June 8, 2017 at 08:40 PM My Caucus is part of a larger, umbrella organization. The larger, umbrella organization re-certifies my Caucus as a "member" of their organization every 2 years, which includes submitting our bylaws to them. If the larger, umbrella organization has the old version of my Caucus' Bylaws posted on their web site, yet my Caucus web site has the current version of its Bylaws, which one takes precedence? Please cite any Articles, Sections, pages in Robert Rules of Order that back up the answer.
Dan Honemann Posted June 8, 2017 at 08:54 PM Report Share Posted June 8, 2017 at 08:54 PM What may or may not be posted on any web site has nothing to do with what are or are not the current bylaws of your Caucus, unless your bylaws say that it does, which I doubt.
