Greg Goodwiller, PRP Posted January 2, 2018 at 07:56 PM Report Share Posted January 2, 2018 at 07:56 PM Unless your organization's rules say otherwise, approved changes to the bylaws should be documented in your minutes, and the bylaws themselves should simply be amended as approved by whoever has that authority. It is a common practice to put a revision date somewhere on the bylaws, generally either on a title page or at the end following the final article, such as: "as amended January 2, 2018."
