Hello. If a member declares a pecuniary interest for an item at one meeting and that same item is part of the minutes being approved at the next meeting, does that member also have to declare a conflict? I am a bit confused as at the first meeting the member was not chairing the meeting but the next meeting the member will be chairing the meeting. When he declares at the second meeting, should another member assume the chair until the item is dealt with and then the original member takes the chair back?
