To facilitate approval of the minutes, the secretary could (upon instruction from the board or in compliance with a customary practice) provide board members with copies of the draft minutes in advance of the next meeting.

I encountered this question in preparing for the NAP professional qualifying and realized that asking it might be construed as seeking help on the pre-course requirements.
Question withdrawn, as it might be construed as relating to my pre-course preparation for the PRP certification course.
