susanlsanders Posted May 16, 2011 at 11:19 PM Report Share Posted May 16, 2011 at 11:19 PM How is "published" defined? I'm on the board of a large art center and the minutes are posted on our website for our own members. Because we are appointed by the city, I believe that they are also posted on the city website, although I'm not sure of that. Does that rise to the standard of published? Thanks. Guest jean Posted May 18, 2011 at 04:42 AM Report Share Posted May 18, 2011 at 04:42 AM i was wondering since im new to the secretary position in my organization i was told to have 2 sets of minutes. one that gets posted to the web site and sent out to the members and the other for the files. the one that gets posted does not have the money totals and some discutions the president and captain feel the public needs to know. i need to know if that is legal or not.
